How long does it take for a vehicle to be delivered?
Once the bank transfer has been received and/or the loan paperwork has been approved, we will be able to deliver the vehicle within 10 days (barring exceptions or hitches linked to the change of ownership).
What is the price for dealers?

Can the vehicle be picked up on a Saturday?
Date and time of collection must be agreed directly with the delivery centre.

Is the price dependent on using a loan to buy it?
No, the price is the same whether you pay by bank transfer of if you pay using a Fiditalia Loan.

Yes! The mileage on Ayvens second hand vehicls are always verified by our assistance network.
Can I withdraw from the contract?
Chi acquista un veicolo può esercitare il diritto di recesso dal contratto stipulato con Ayvens ITALIA Srl, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione, comunicando la propria decisione per iscritto inviando ad Ayvens ITALIA Srl o una raccomandata a/r in Viale Luca Gaurico, 187, 00143 Roma (RM) Italia, o una mail con posta elettronica certificata (PEC) al seguente indirizzo: Ayvensautomotiveitalia@arubapec.it inserendo quale oggetto “Reso 14 giorni”, entro e non oltre il termine di 14 (quattordici) giorni decorrenti dal giorno di consegna del veicolo, come risultante al verbale di consegna del medesimo.Ayvens ITALIA rimborserà tutti i pagamenti ricevuti dall’Acquirente, ad esclusione del costo per il passaggio di proprietà, senza indebito ritardo, e comunque non oltre il termine di 14 (quattordici) giorni dal giorno in cui è informato della decisione dell’Acquirente di recedere dal contratto. Detti rimborsi saranno effettuati utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento usato dall’Acquirente per la transazione iniziale, salvo che egli non abbia espressamente convenuto altrimenti.Per poter esercitare i diritti di cui sopra ed ottenere il rimborso di cui al precedente punto 1, l’Acquirente dovrà restituire il veicolo consegnandolo presso il centro autorizzato di Ayvens dove è stato effettuato il ritiro, senza indebito ritardo e comunque non oltre il termine di 7 (sette) giorni dalla data in cui ha comunicato al Venditore la sua decisione di recedere dal contratto, nelle stesse condizioni in cui l’ha ricevuto, integro e completo di tutti i componenti ed in perfetto funzionamento e senza aver superato 500 km di percorrenza, come di seguito specificato.Il veicolo riconsegnato presso il centro autorizzato di Ayvens, sarà contestualmente oggetto di perizia da parte di un consulente tecnico incaricato da Ayvens, in contraddittorio con il Cliente e/o un perito dallo stesso incaricato. L’Acquirente sarà responsabile della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una eventuale manipolazione del veicolo diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni. In particolare, in caso di superamento della soglia chilometrica massima di 500 Km, l’Acquirente sarà tenuto a corrispondere ad Ayvens l’importo fino ad un massimo di Euro 0,80 per ogni Km aggiuntivo percorso. What happens if the vehicle shows signs of further damage at the time of collection?
If at the time of collection the vehicle shows further signs of damage compared to what is indicated in the vehicle’s specs, the vehicle cannot be collected. Collecting it means accepting it as seen and liked and it will no longer be possible to report bodywork damage at any time after delivery.
How will I receive communication of the day and time of collection?
Once the safety reset and the change of ownership have been taken care of, a notification will be sent to you that the vehicle is available with the details of the storage centre that will handle delivery. The purchaser must contact the centre and agree on a date and time for collection directly at the storage centre.
Where can I pick the car up from?
The car is delivered from one of our storage centres.
What do I have to do when I receive the change of ownership documents? When should I activate my insurance coverage?
Once you have received the documents in digital format you can go ahead and activate your insurance coverage.
How do I receve the documents once the chance of ownership has been made?
The documents will be initially sent by e-mail in digital format while the original documents will be send at a later date directly to the address supplied to Agency appointed by Ayvens to deal with the paperwork.
How is payment made?
The payment can be made by bank transfer or via a Fiditalia loan.
How can I become an owner of a vehicle by remote purchase?
The negotiation and the change of ownerwhip are taken care of without any physical contact with our operators and in a totally secure fashion.
How can I trigger work on the vehicle while it is under warranty?
If any breakdown or fault is uncovered it is essential that the vehicle be immediately stopped, in a safe situation, and call the roadside assistance at the toll free number 800 944.222. Failure to do so may mean forefaiting the standard guarantee.
Does the purchase include the refurbishment of any damage found on the vehicle?
Every purchase foresees a safety reset, which only entails the refurbishment of the components that guarantee the vehicle's safety. The car undergoes a painstainking inspection and where necessary the safety reset is carried out which involves: -Tyre replacement (with Performance category/2nd level): - If below the legal limit (1.6mm) - Depending on the season where legislation requires it -Servicing (if the warning light is on) -MOT if lapsed -Brakes (pads/disks) if worn to such an extent that the vehicle is not deemed roadworth -Mechanical/electrical check on any lit warning lights -Broken wing mirrors -Hanging body parts (i.e. a broken bumper that is about to fall off) -Broken lights -Sanitation with medical product as dictated by COVID procedure -Windscreen
Can I put an option on the vehicle by making a written acceptance offer?
Yes, you can put an option on the vehicle for 3 days by sending the purchase documentation. You cannot however book the vehicle by supplying an advance/downpayment.
Can I be sure that the photos of the vehicle match its current state?
The photographic book and the vehicle specifications match the actual conditions of the vehicle, meaning the state of the bodywork in which the vehicle is sold and delivered.
Can one see the vehicle at the Ayvens centre?
One can inspect the second hand vehicle at our storage centres. The appointment must be made directly with the sales rep during one of the hourly slots made available by the centre.
What does the purchase price include?
The purchase includes: 12 months standard full Easy Drive guarantee 12 months roadside assistance in the event of a breakdown 12 months replacement vehicle if work on the vehicle exceeds 8 hours Option of a Fiditalia loan Sanitisation and cleaning (interior and exterior) Safety reset Special consultants
